Diamond to Boardroom Program Model

 
The unique Diamond to Boardroom model was created with the goal of providing opportunities for athletes to achieve success both on and off the diamond. The program architect, Coach Roy, combines 30+ years of experience coaching high-level college athletes, a career in men's fast pitch and the expertise and mentorship from corporate leaders, inspirational mentors and business professionals into a one of a kind softball program experience afforded to our players. This elite softball training program used by our Diamond to Boardroom athletes and implemented by our DTB coaches provides for consistent softball skill-development through the various age brackets. Beyond this training, our mature Diamond to Boardroom program players will be inspired and developed off the diamond through participation in our leadership and mentoring program.

Kerrie mcclure
​​​ Coach

A Peddie graduate and standout softball player, Kerrie went on to a softball career at St. Josephs University in Philadelphia. She combines her Division I collegiate playing experience with experience as the Head Softball Coach at Peddie School (Hightstown, NJ) to provide outstanding on-the-field instruction, academic support and collegiate search assistance. Kerrie is currently a member of the organizational support staff for a professional sports organization.

Rebecca Diserio
Coach

After a stellar career at John P. Stevens High School in Edison, NJ, Rebecca went on to play collegiate softball at Ithaca College. During her time at Ithaca, Rebecca and her team competed at the highest level of Division III softball at the Women's College World Series in 2018. Rebecca graduated Ithaca with a degree in Health and Physical Education and is now a high school Phys Ed teacher. Rebecca also coaches high school softball. ​

Ciara Sullivan
Coach

Following a fantastic high school career at Middletown South, Ciara went on to play collegiate softball at Georgetown University. Ciara has international playing experience as she played for the Irish National team in 2019and 2022. Ciara brings an extensive softball background to the organization, and loves teaching the game. 

Jackie Tsang
 Coach

A standout player at Wellesley College and Manalapan High School, Jackie brings a wealth of softball experience to our players. A versatile player with great softball instincts, Jackie is a superb teacher of the game. She currently works in finance with a major banking institution.

​Shannon Kortmann
 Coach

A top outfielder out of the Peddie school, Shannon went on to play Division III Softball at Babson College where she studied business. As a captain during her senior year at Babson, her team won the NEWMAC conference and made it to the DIII Super Regionals. Shannon currently works in Alumni Relations at The Peddie School where she also coaches softball.

NIKI POWELL
 COACH

After a stellar softball career at The Peddie School, Niki went on to play Division I Softball at Mount Saint Mary's University. Heading into her sophomore year, Niki transferred to Lehigh University, where she studied architecture. Niki now works for a large Corporation in New York City as an Assistant Manager of Architecture. Niki brings fantastic energy to our unique culture. ​

​LAUREN SCHWARTZ
 COACH

A top softball player from Manalapan, NJ , Lauren possesses an outstanding knowledge of the game. She continued to play on the club softball team at Saint Joseph's University, and completed her Masters degree at University of Pennsylvania. She utilizes her current job as a teacher to provide our players with individual learning programs to increase their opportunities for success on and off the field. 

RACHEL HREVNAK
​ COACH

Rachel graduated from Rutgers University with a Masters in Physical Therapy, and was a Brookdale College All American and former stand out player at Manalapan High School. Rachel has a versatile playing background as a pitcher, infielder and solid offensive hitter. She will share her fundamentally sound understanding of the game with our players.
