OUR PROGRAM

Diamond to Boardroom (DTB) is a unique program designed to teach softball players the skills needed to be successful on the field, as well as the ability to transfer that same skillset to achieve success in the  classroom, careers and interpersonal relationships.
           
  The program is designed with built-in opportunities for players to build positive self-esteem and confidence through softball—the foundation of a “brand” they will create and carry for the course of their lives.​

What we deliver

DTB combines the highest caliber softball training and coaching with a support system that includes networking, educational/developmental workshops, college search assistance and career mentors.
 
The balance of the mission and the program itself is designed to provide a first-of-its-kind opportunity for players to grow and develop physically, mentally and emotionally—on and off the playing field, from the diamond to the boardroom.

DTB AGE GROUP PROGRESSION

DTB athletes will progress through the program at the 14U, 16U and 18U levels. Moving upward in age group involves more advanced instruction, but learned fundamentals and tradition of culture remain constant from the younger ages.
 
 Seminar/workshop topics and mentoring opportunities are age group specific and topically relevant for athletes at each level.

PREMIER COACHING, TRAINING & COMPETITION
DTB grants access to premier softball skill training from a select group of reputable coaches, each with a resume of extensive softball coaching experience and playing success. Coupled with their credentials on the field, they demonstrate a balanced approach to the game and to life.
 
 Coaches educate and train players in the mental, physical and emotional skillset needed to succeed on the field, with an eye to demonstrating the transferability of those skills to personal success academically, professionally and socially.
 
 Athletes train in the fall, winter and spring seasons, and maintain a regular tournament schedule September through July. The year-round culture emphasizes continuous education and champion-building development.
